Really enjoyed watching the glass artists at work in the glass blowing workshop, feeling the heat and seeing glass objects being formed right in front of your eyes. It's like a magic show with candy-coloured glass. You can also buy glass objects from the shop, knowing that they are unique handmade pieces and make great gifts.

Amazing working glass studio. Worth checking out even just to watch the artists at work, and the gallery has some wonderful pieces.

Signed up to make a vase and had the best time doing it. The teacher was really funny and made the whole experience really memorable. Really want to go back and make something else.

Really cool place. Can sit very close to the glass workers and see what they make. Can also feel the heat from the kilns!

Pretty cool to watch glass being blown & crafted. The make it yourself sessions were all booked out unfortunately but it'd be amazing to try so definitely book ahead of you'd like to do this!

A nice place to see the artist at work with glass.
Make your own tumbler (40min session) and paperweight (20min session ) was available for a fee.
Not many Exhibits but kids will enjoy the glass work being done.response / report this review -

Attended a make your own tumbler session here and loved it. Instructor was really friendly and did a great job of stopping me from messing it up! Highly recommend it.

Great place to take the family. Seeing the artists work so hard in a material you take for granted changed my understanding and appreciation for all the amazing work in the gallery and shop downstairs.
And with the bus depo markets right next door is a great day out for the whole family.response / report this review -

I visited & did the make your own paperweight. I've never done anything like this before & really enjoyed the experience. The one on one instruction in the hot shop was great & the whole process took less that 30mins. But be prepared to pay postage to have your item sent to you if you are not able to return to collect it a couple days later. The paperweights take at least 48hrs to fully cool for collection/shipping. It was an extra $15 to post my creation to Melbourne. I really recommend doing this activity.

This is great place to visit. We bring out out of town friends here all the time. Best to call ahead and see if anyone will be working on the day you visit.
Classes are run on weekends with varying cost, a great gift idea.
