  We see Dr Barbara Iakovidis whenever we can; however, every Doctor we’ve seen at the clinic have been caring and thorough. Highly recommend.

  I am a regular patient of the dentist Dr Priya Lal at CJMC and must say she is exceptional! She is very professional, caring, gentle, thorough and very communicative. I would not see anyone else.

  Very supportive. Easy to get appointments online. Clinic nurse great at doing travel immunisations I needed. At times appointments are running 10-15 min late but I find that in most GPs and the newly renovated foyer and helpful staff make the wait easy.

  We are new to the area and so had to find a good local doctor for my son. We saw Dr Greg - and he was really lovely, and the nurses were good as well with my son. I will definitely come back again. Thank you.

  AVOID! Staff are so rude. Every time, 4 times, I went there they had not booked my appointment correctly . I mentioned this to the Practice manager and nothing was done about it . I also mentioned I had quite the fear of getting my blood taken , mentioned this 3 times to the GP. During the blood test the tech laid the 3 viles on my lap I asked to have then put on the table as I was feeling ill , mentioned again I cant stand the sight of my own blood . She didn't remove the viles, she in fact asked me to hold my hand out - which I did then placed the viles of my blood in my hand as asked for me to check the spelling of my name on the vile labels - I had to quickly leave and vomit. Then the clinic called at 9pm that night to get my credit card details and were so rude as when I asked if he thought this was an appropriate time to call as Its 9pm and I didn't know the number. He was so rude i just had to hang up.

  Both girls behind the counter would NOT let my 16 week pregnant partner use their bathroom after she literally begged and showed them her showing belly. She was busting so bad, she was in pain! They said the bathroom is for paying clients only. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.
  Is it even legal to reject a pregnant women from using your public bathroom?
  I've never been a client there and never will. If this is how they treat pregnant women I'd hate to think how they treat others.

  Paid above regular rates upfront to wait 25 minutes before the patients before us were called in. This would've been at least 45 minutes of waiting. This sort of service is unacceptable. Give this place a miss.

  I have been attending CJMC for well over 10 years and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great family Doctor. There is also Pathology and Dentist on site. And opening hours are great for after work and weekends.

  Easy access to the clinic, with trams and trains nearby. Always clean even when I have been there late at night. It is handy having them open so late and on weekends too, takes the pressure off when I work full time during the week. I have never had a problem seeing the doctor that I want, and have had the nurses go above and beyond when I cut my hand. The front desk seems busy but they have always been super nice and professional towards me.

  I have been a patient of CJMC for the past year now and I would like to comment on the very pleasant experience I received today, as always. I attended for just a general annual check-up; the doctor was thorough and informative. The reception staff were chatty, welcoming and friendly.
  I attend the clinic quite frequently and have witnessed very busy periods where reception staff are flat out and cannot be as conversational as usual, but this is completely understandable and haven’t come across rude.
  Although out of pocket a bit more on weekends and evenings, it is worth it’s convenience for out of hours appointments and great service.
