  I used calibre cleaning for a vacate clean after falling for the 4.9/5 star reviews and bond back guarantee on their website which I now know are obviously fake. They did a terrible job, there was so many problems in my property managers final report. When contacting them they told me that wall cleaning and light fixture cleaning were not included in the $500 price for a small 2x1 unit which I think is ridiculous for it not to be included in a vacate clean. Those items being excluded also does not explain all the other problems like floors not being vacuumed well, cobwebs in every room, oven, stovetop and sinks not cleaned properly, kitchen not mopped, shower screen not cleaned, toilet seat dirty to name a few. I tried contacting them to see what happened and see if I could get a partial refund as the poor job done is inexcusable and I did not trust them to rectify the problems in order for me to get my bond back. They have ignored my emails and will not respond to me. I am now down $500 for a terrible clean done by calibre and another $300 from another cleaning company to rectify calibres mistakes. I expected a fantastic job considering their websites reviews and bond back guarantee, however the whole experience has been expensive, difficult, stressful and all around terrible. I would give 0 stars if I could. Never use calibre cleaning.

  The worst cleaning job I’ve ever seen - house looked like it was never even cleaned! Floors not done, windows not touched, kitchen cupboards not even cleaned. Absolutely disgusting. Then when they came back out to fix the issues - they were 4.5 hours late - and still didn’t even clean anything at all. Now have to get out actual professional cleaners to re-do it all. Do not use.

  Don’t waste your money. They called as the clean was happening to say it’s going to cost more, held us to ransom then when we came back the End of lease clean was a joke. Dirty behind doors, windows not cleaned on both sides. Lights switches not cleaned, floors not clean all over, kitchen tops not done. Total waste of money and now not responding when we ask for a refund which they guarantee! Not.

  Didn’t deep cleaning my house after paying close to $400. Didn’t even vacuum all the rooms or wipe down the surfaces. Worst cleaning job - needed to have it done by Friday and when they promised they would return, they never showed up and have ignored my emails and messages.
  In the process of trying to get my money back.

  The balcony wasn't cleaned properly. There were still cobwebs and the walls were not washed. The panel that was closest to my neighbour on the right was not cleaned at all. The glass door was streaky and the balcony glass was also streaky. The outside of the balcony glass was not Cleaned at all and your reason was "it's a height issue". Well I cleaned it using an extended squeegee. The inside of the kitchen cupboards were not even cleaned, they just wiped the outside. I had to clean the bathroom again as the bottom of glass was still dirty. Overall, I wish I have not asked you guys to clean at all because I have to re do all the jobs anyway. They did not even wash the walls inside the apartment. And you had the audacity to ask for an extra $100 because the "place was too big". Time waster and not good value. Honestly, anyone could be better than these people. If I could post zero stars I would but Google won't let me.
