  I went yesterday around midday hours. The lady who took my order does not know about customer service (It must be the same for all your customers, it doesn't matter if they are wearing a nice suit or not). She was not nice at all, took the wrong order and they didn't apologize for that. Terrible experience!

  Really Great coffee, right next to a Telstra Air phone booth spot, staff are friendly, everything you need.

  I found this place just wandering around, sunny outside area, fresh juice and home made banana bread. Wifi access great place to work on a sunny day just in front of fawkner park!

  La Colline has had something of a renaissance (pun intended) over the last few years... it had lost its initial charm and quality baked food (that is original French owners brought to the place) and unfortunately the coffee too. But in the last year's this has been turned around (I'm guessing under new ownership). Staff are friendly, food - albeit standard cafe faire - has improved to a reliable level and range and the coffee is good too. It's my daily morning coffee haunt.

  Went here for a Sunday breakfast. Really wanted to like this place given that there aren't that many places open on the weekend on this side of St Kilda Road. The food is okay to below average. I had the Big breakfast and my partner had the Moroccan stew. Compared to other places, the portions are small and the bread they provide is rock hard probably because they are toasting stale bread. Not terribly pleasant to eat. There isn't much Moroccan about the Moroccan stew and it was not great to eat. We found hairs in both of our dishes. Even without the hairs, the food and coffee is just not very good unfortunately.

  Decided to try this place instead of waiting in line at tall timber. Smashed avocado was below average, couldn't finish it. Ordered meals for 2 which came out at different times so I ended up eating after my partner finished his. Forgot spoon for muesli. Completely forgot to bring orange juice. Outside seating Is nice, seems like a nice spot for a coffee catch up. Staff were nice. Has Standard Café food which looks safe I would avoid the menu.
