Great hot breakfast and coffee good to support local business, staying at the Esplanade hotel around the corner, refuse to pay their prices.
Glad there's places like this still around.

This place never fails to impress me. I work around the corner and eat here pretty regularly. The service is exceptional...one of the best places in Perth. The food is hot and fresh. Coffee is excellent! My "go to" lunch place in Freo!
