  I come here every fortnight , have my car washed , occasionally have it polished and have breakfast. They do a very thorough job on the car and given they have a large team working on the cars they do it as efficiently as they can. Sometimes it’s slow but that’s a function of the high volume who come here. That says a great deal! Keep up the great work!
  I need to pay a tribute to the lovely cafe team who also very efficiently and pleasantly serve customers.

  I've come here a couple of times now and both times, unhappy. Why would I pay someone to clean inside and outside my car for $42 when I then have to supervise them to then redo it, pointing out what's not been done? Why? Honestly, hopeless.

  Generally a very thorough job done by the team at Car Spa. Have typically gone with the inside outside hand wash which is a good balance between price versus quality. Polish comes out well also.

  Very long waiting times. Pricing is deceiving. Pricing clearly states $20 for a wash but they dont tell you that it doesnt include a wipe done. Who gets a wash without a wipe. Never again! Highly recommend Splash at castle mall which does a fantastic wash with wipe for $15.

  Quality and attention to detail significantly drop in the many years this place has been operating. I guess they're too busy to give a sh*t about the quality of they're work or they've already cemented their status in the hills area to give a sh*t whether they meet their high quality standards of when they first began. Be warn, no matter what you pay for, you get back a car that's still damn dirty - missed spots, vacuum hit and miss, rims hardly cleaned. And every time you get the car wash be prepared to constantly tell them to wipe this or clean that. Why i keep coming back i dont know. i guess out of pure convenience, other wise once i find a better one, i'll never return.
