  Elegant and extremely comfortable room. Very welcoming, lovely hosts. Enjoyed the stay and the breakfast. I was able to check-in late yesterday night, which is good and easy. All the organized wood works will make your stay royal.

  I couldn't recommend this place more, such a beautiful getaway! Everything clean and stylish. The bed was super comfortable and warm! The owners were lovely and breakfast amazing. Loved it!!!

  Highly highly recommended!
  
  The two owners are absolutely wonderful and genuine and provided great conversation! Couldn't ask for better service as they provided a lot during our stay. Rooms were very large and cozy, super comfortable and stellar bathrooms. Good (free) Wi-Fi as well.
  
  The Breakfast was amazing and was our best throughout our month long travel all over Australia.
  
  Not too far from the Great Ocean Road and other aight seeing areas.

  Perfectly located on the great ocean road, just half an hour either way from port campbell and Warnabool. This b & b is cosy, the owners are warm and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious. We had the spacious Room1 with a lounge.

  Beautiful and very classy house. The bed room is nice and warm. Just finished a very tasty hot breakfast with home made bread. Best B&B. Thank you Karen to make us feel so welcoming.
