Sold me a dodgy battery and when I tried to take it back for warranty they wouldn't except it. Batteryworld tested the battery and replaced it straight away for me. Bad customer service

Waited at the counter for 10 or 15 minutes about 3 staff saw me but never even bothered to say "be with you in a minute", let alone say hello!
