like went in for a yum burger, the man At the front Just was not good for business. not welcoming at all and acted very poorly towards us while taking our orders, as if our business at his establishment was a hinderence. The 2 sauces that weren't just ketchup, BBQ and aioli were not even available and this inconvenience was not sign posted once in the store. (Heads up, the aioli is essentially very poor Greek youghurt and cucumber puréed). No...there is more, - as we were waiting for our order to be made, the same man At the front did nothing but messily yell the order from behind the counter and drop the bag with our meals in it lifelessly and walked away.
I write this with heavy phalanges as this establishment is one of my favourites here on the Island, but today I was met with nothing but atrocious customer service and un-met expectations.
Im sad to say that this employer got too comfortable and has now lost a once satisfied customer and gained a cynic.

Absolutely terrible service...wouldn't even fill my 2 year old's waterbottle with water, told me to go to the toilet to do that. The man at the counter was very grumpy but we were craving a hamburger so we decided to stay... it only got worse from there. When our food came out, we asked for tomato sauce as we had chips (& the burgers were dry) but he said it was 50 cents. We would have happily paid if we had cash but we had paid by card and was never asked if we wanted sauce when we ordered. He actually told us there was an ATM down the street a few blocks....really!! He certainly wasn't going to give us the sauce and my 2 year old loves his sauce with chips...needless to say the food was lousy and the service even lousier. They have no business being in hospitality the way they treat customers, especially in a tourist location!!!!!

Did not enjoy our experience. The staff seemed rushed and were not hospitable, was not expecting much, but still managed to give off a bad vibe. The burger was below average, bread was flavorless and dry.

We got to this restaurant to have lunch but then the guy told us it was closing around 3pm for an hour break. We waiting two hours because we know this is a hala restaurant, which we prefer to eat, plus the usual good quality of the burger. After two hours of waiting we walked one then the guy told us they cook the bacon on the same pan as the halal meat! Was not happy after all and whats the point of saying its halal meat when its been cooked with pork?

I really enjoyed it. Looks a little questionable from the outside. But really tasty. Quality ingredients. Great veggie burger. Hit with the kids. I'd come back.

I know a good burger, this simply was not one of them.

I was quite exited when ordering this burger, The shop was almost full and the burgers looked very good. The chips were pretty good, not the best but better than a lot of other chips. The bun was good, so were the sauces and toppings. Then came the patty...
It was RUBBISH! It looked and tasted like a sausage, a cheap thin crappy sausage. The patty is the main part of the burger and a bad patty can change a burger from 4 stars to 2. Ice-Tea wise they only had Fuze. At least in my, and my friends opinion it is the worst ice tea you can get.

    From a disappointed Melbournian.

I was so excited to see gluten free and vegetarian on the menu, but then found out the veggie burgers contain gluten so there was nothing i could eat. Plus the poor lady there was on her own and trying to cook plus serve, so we decided to find another place where i could get something to eat. Hope they consider changing to a gluten free veggie option!
