Clean and modern cafe. Friendly and very polite staff. Welcoming. Quick service. Beautiful flat white and large pumpkin soup with 2 full toasts with it. I'll be back and will tell others about it. Good music at the right volume. TV on with no sound. Another good part of the experience. Nice big windows to see the world go by. Thank you. 😃

Got a Bryas Burger with the lot, burger was good, although the patty had a really weird seasoning which made it have a really weird after taste. Although the burger was good it was much too expensive for the type of bun used and the amount of chips on the side. I also got a Chai which was 50% foam and served in a less than average sized mug.

Way too expensive for the amount of food you get. Servings are very small and took more time than I liked. Got the satay chicken, wouldn't recommend, sauce was awful and the chicken was cooked until it was tough and chewy. Not coming back to Bryas.

As the main weekend Barista, the coffee beans I use is a nice blend, and peasant to work with being organic. It has a peasant smooth taste, and is easy to work with for latte art. Only complaints I've ever had was for the milk not being as hot as they prefer. It is a pleasant place to work, with nice co-workers.
