Was not happy with the service i received while at brunetti. I waited 20 mins before i got served locating a cake for my colleague's 21st. After locating the cake i wanted, staff member persuaded me to purchase a cake that was already defrosted; when i initially wanted to purchase the frozen one. i felt like i wasn't welcome due to my asian appearance.
Obviously not quite the selection you get at the main Brunetti store. Though the staff were friendly and it’s great as a out stop while shopping.
Absolutely disgusting Rude staff with service below par and charges 7 bucks for half filled smoothie.
Hreat coffee and little tarts.no fault. Staff a little mmm stuffy sorry
Food is good, but service is not good.
Coffee is average but a huge variety of desserts ranging from $2.8 to $8.8
Had a chocolate eclair ♥quite good
The coffee and the cakes are good. Some expensive, but also some cheap options
Food was really good quality not cheap but worth it. Coffee a little disappointing. Hard to get a table very busy.
Iced chocolate is great (and I'm told the coffee is just as nice). All the baked goods look too good - I find it so hard to choose (hint: there isn't really a wrong choice, everything I've had from there has been delicious).
Poor service, food is good
Love the $6.50 arvo coffee + Danish. descent coffee and yummy custard croissant are what I always need everytime I'm at DJ/Myer to stop me from doing too much damage to my cc.
Lygon street Brunetti stays true to the original and is even better, with good drink and meal options. Go there for the real experience.
School cafeteria atmosphere and they don't accept American Express. Go elsewhere
Really love this place as it transports me back to Italy. Coffee is great just as it should be the Italian way! Can't stand that some of these new cafes distort the original taste and version of real Italian coffee, after all that's where Coffee was born!
