$250 for a logbook service is pretty steep. Asked Ash to investigate a wheel noise for me which he said he was unable to as there was too much rattling in the door trims due to a few CDs (I can think of a really easy solution for that). Got back in the car (CDs still in door trim), noise is clearly audible. Not going to say Ash did an awful job, but you'd expect more for $250. Will be going elsewhere next time for sure.

I had a great experience. I was in a bind and had a blown coolant tank and Brownbill Automotive technician fixed it up in a short amount of time with a totally reasonable price. Everything seems to be running great. Thanks guys.
