  We were happy to buy a small buffet cabinet. Unfortunately they would not hold it until we could pick it up. I believe a charity should not be picking and choosing what sales they take especially we their are so many families in need we will never return

  A pleasant op shop to visit. Prices are reasonable. There is a turnover of furniture clothing shoes etc frequently. Busy on weekends..parking is just right. Staff are great. If your an op shop person expect to spend no less than hour in here:)

  I was shocked and appalled to overhear staff discussing customers that they assume are looking for a bargain to make profit from on ebay, and then had the gall to go further and suggest raising the prices of everything and giving half price to "genuine customers".
  
  Define "genuine customer". It's an op shop. The business model is to clear donated stock as efficiently as possible.
  
  Having a fancy glass bowl in a cabinet for 2 years priced at $80 is doing nobody any favours, especially those in need.
  
  I would assume being a well-dressed 31 year old male I would probably not fit in to the "genuine customer" bracket and I felt genuinely unwelcome at the register as I bought a couple of books. It's unfortunate that this store has an underlying bad culture as it's in a great location right next to the salvos and both stores are a great size. I've been driving a litttle further to visit this location but I think I'll stick to the bayswater/boronia/ftg op shop hubs from now on.

  This branch of the Brotherhood of St Laurence is HUGE and they have some quality products (I've had some great finds there)
  The staff are lovely and always willing to help 😊

  This place has great potential, with the big building, plenty of parking, and right next door to another Op Shop. But sadly a lot of its stock is not as good as you come to expect from the bigger Op Shop chains, and what stock they do have that is really good, is way over priced in my opinion. They are still new in this location, so hopefully they will improve over time, but currently there are some better options around (e.g. next door).
