  We've had 3 different 'tree experts' over the years and they ranged from mediocre to awful. So it was with some apprehension we consulted Brisbane Tree Experts. They sent a wonderful person to work through the job specifics, followed by a truly professional team who did exactly what we asked and left our garden in a spotless condition. Cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

  Can't be bothered to show up to do a quote, and what a shock, can't be bothered to show up and actually do the job after a deposit has been paid. Can't even be bothered contacting me that they're delayed. Can't be bothered replying to emails for at least 3 business days every time, and can't be bothered initiating follow up. Have to be dragged kicking and screaming the entire process.
  The working team told their office that the job had been completed, when it hadn't. After they finally, FINALLY showed up, we paid the remainder in cash, which the team did not inform their office about, so they tried to debt collect me. In response to their below response, it's pretty telling that this kind of thing must be common seeing as they can't figure out which of their clients this must be about. Nice complaints process.
  All of the garden waste was left behind which the termites will be thankful for, and the job was not completed. If you can't stumpgrind right to a fence, grab a chainsaw and finish the job. Incomprehensibly lazy considering the amount of money paid.

  Omg, I am so very grateful to Glenn for coming out to visit my 'proud of his castle' 88 yr old father. We have watched our widower dad deteriorate in stress and frustration due to 2 years+ of issues with his 80 yr old neighbour and her tree roots causing structural damage to his property. The failure of any acknowledgement or discussion of the situation with either her nor any of her extended, frequently visiting family, resulted in our inability to resolve the situation. We watched dad become alienated from and angry towards us in his late years. Until a kind young professional suggested an “arborist” perhaps could offer us guidance.
  An arborist! Yes of course!
  Not only did Glenn from Brisbane Tree Experts not ignore our contact email, as all the others did, he replied promptly and scheduled an on-site inspection at his earliest convenience and boy were we glad this amazing man was the one to reply. What we saw in Glenn was: punctuality, warmth and attention and adept understanding of plants and vegetation, respect and kindness with an elderly person, an ability to create a calmness to my dad’s stressed disposition, patience in his listening skills, the tender way he addressed dad in his communication, and the intuitive way that he could take command of the discussion when required, his respect to my husband and I in quickly understanding our inadequacy to make the situation right for dad without fully understanding our rights re root blocking and the different root system of various trees, A report was written up the very same evening. The gratitude we feel towards Glenn and Brisbane Tree Experts is immeasurable. Simply having had the pleasure to have come across such a kind and generous human being is gratifying in this day and age.

  The process from quote to booking in was very easy. Every person we had dealings with was lovely and helpful and the guys who did the job were punctual (bang on 7am!), efficient, careful and thoughtful. They listened to our concerns about existing plants and location of our plumbing and were brilliant at problem solving to ease our worries.
  
  I would definitely recommend and use their services again.
