I love the team at Body WRL! Everyone is so friendly and kind. I drop in once a week to float in the dream pod followed by a session in the sauna. It’s a blissful end to the day and totally calming and relaxing after a heavy work week. Highly recommend!

Body WRL is heaven- the team there are so knowledgeable and friendly. The cryo does wonders for my body especially after a workout and I’ve seen and felt a noticeable difference from the novo red light bed. I’ve been sleeping better and feeling much more refreshed and focused. The space is always calming, clean and fresh- such a worthwhile investment.

The studio is beautifully presented, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the treatments are excellent. I would highly recommend Body WRL and look forward to my next appointment.
