Shocking service. Sent a web contact enquiry and received a reply within 24 hours asking to either reply to the email answering some questions or call the installer direct. I called the installer direct, left a voice message, no reply. I then replied to the email with the answers, no reply. Then 7 days later, I emailed again, no reply. I called the installer a second time and Corey answered. I explained my frustration and he apologised and said he would call me the following morning and either pop out that day or schedule me for the following week. I'm still waiting. Very disappointing and as someone who runs two small businesses I'm flabbergasted at the lack of replies. I understand being busy and was happy to wait for a quote for when they were free but just not replying is not how you run a business. You missed a sale, we loved your skylights. Poor form Blue Sky. Very poor.

Unbelievable service, quality and all round experience. Corey & the team really look after you, and go the extra mile to ensure the final product looks amazing. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to add a skylight into their home. Wouldn't even bother getting a 2nd quote.
