If the coins get stuck on the machine just call the number on signs. Mine did but apparently the issue can be rectified.

Apologies Adam, it’s just making calls to score back a few dollars seemed inconvenient and time consuming. I am a small business owner myself so I do apologise for the quick negative review - I assumed it’s some franchise issue. Thanks for replying though!

Great facilities, clean, thoughtfully organised and laid out. Has a tap for washing your hands. Easy card payment.

Really clean and airy place. Comfortable to wait for wash/ dry to be done. Easy to use machines and credit card payment was an added bonus, though 30 cents surcharge per use I found a bit steep. Otherwise overall, good first experience and will come back (with more coins!) :)
