I am sooo happy there’s a Blue Hippo laundry here.
I love the laundry is part of the Cragieburn Shopping Centre, it’s always easy to get a nice close parking spot.
The machines here are big and hold heaps of washing.
And it’s very clean and new. And I also like that it doesn’t shut until really late, so I can do the washing after the kids have gone to bed.

We are using this new laundromat to service our business. It’s great to have a laundromat with a good reputation in the area to wash and dry. Hours are very convenient for business owners - I can wash and dry in the evenings after work.

Clean and convenient laundromat that has recently opened. Clean and impressive machine available to use. Good to see the variety of payment options available. They currently have an opening special of a $5 doona wash available for the next few weeks.

I went to their shop in Craigieburn and used the Lower Dryer 4. It charged me for 14 dollars for 34 minutes. When I returned to pick up my clothes, I saw the technician was resetting the payment machine and the prices were changed to 6 dollars. He told me that he could refund me the money if I could show him the time I paid. I showed him my bank transaction with the amount matching the history on his phone but my bank app didn't show the exact time. There was only one transaction with the same amount today but he refused to make the refund for me. Instead, he asked me to call the service number next time. Knowing that I am overcharged and receiving his horrible services, I WILL NEVER RETURN to this place again!
