  Bloke came and provided measure and quote and then o never heard from him again. Called them, left messages. No one for back to me. Just weird.

  It took five weeks to wait and it only takes two hours to install a two small shower screens. After putting in a 50% deposit on the 10th of Jun, I didn't hear anything. So, I decided to send a follow up e-mail after two weeks. The next day, I received a call that it will be install on Monday the 19th Jun. 2017.But before Monday, I received another call that the glass panel did not arrive, so have to re-schedule the installation. Finally, after another more than two weeks wait, I received a call from the installer to confirm that he will be at my place between 3-5pm on the 7th July. At 5:30pm, the installer was still doing another job, so he has to re-schedule again. At last, my shower screens was finally installed on the 14th July 2017. Here is another unhappy customer and I made a big mistakes for not reading reviews before making business with Betta.

  Same experience as some others. They failed to install what was quoted. It took Fair Trading to get them to install what was quoted and what was paid for in advance. They will never receive my business or referral again.

  Found them to be wonderful, very friendly, came on time to quote, accepted the quote on a Monday, they installed on the Tuesday next day, very happy all round.

  Only gave them a star because there was no option for nothing!
  Do not use this company especially not Dennis
  I have four wardrobes without doors due to a mistake on his part. One which he finally admitted to and promised to fix and then did not. Betta head office were not interested. They have their money and that is it as far as they are concerned. Do NOT use BETTA

  Visited the Brookvale showroom this afternoon with house plans and dimensions and was genuinely wanting quotes for 4 shower screens and 5 wardrobes - not a small job I would think. Salesperson was not interested and just couldn't be bothered. She mentioned she was brain dead and had such a busy day. Having said that, showroom was empty. Obviously she did not want the business. Rattled off rough estimates for shower screens from her head with no reference to any costing sheets and couldn't even confidently answer a question I had regarding the framing of a shower screen. Did not run through any warbrobe options or anything and told me to call when we had gyprock lining up. Why would I bother to proceed with this initial lack of interest! I would give a negative star rating if I could!!!!!!!

  Unfortunately can't say anything nice about Betta. Had a shower screen installed for $550, and after a year one of the rollers fell off. So Betta came out, accused me of stealing the roller, charged $140 for the visit, and said that it would cost another $140 to replace the roller. SO all up they wanted $280 to replace a roller on a shower screen, more than half of the whole screen costs!
  
  In the end, they made me pay $140 for coming out and doing nothing.
  
  The actual roller cost under $10, a handyman came out and replaced the roller for free when he was doing some other work in the apartment.

  Not “Betta”. It's “Worst Eva”. 1) Sales lady (Margaret) in the shop is unfriendly and had zero product knowledge 2) Installer (Damian) was late both times. The second time was 1.5 hours late. When I complained, his boss refused to take responsibility as they were subcontractors. 3) Dodgy job - liquid nail oozing everywhere, push-open cabinets do not work. We gave them the business because they were $500 cheaper due to their laminate wardrobe doors. Regret the decision. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
