  Brilliant motel.. friendly staff & great service.. not a budget motel but very clean & awesome rooms very well appointed.

  Large , well appointed rooms and helpful, efficient staff. Have regularly stayed at 5 or more hotels in Bendigo in recent years and the overall experience here is the best.

  Was really impressed with this place. Room wasn't knock you out impressive but, it was spacious comfortable and we'll kept. Staff was the jewel in the crown here. Super helpful attentive and friendly.

  Not many motels deserve a 5 star rating, but Best Western Crystal Inn definitely does. Your experience starts with a very friendly and inviting telephone conversation to book your room.
  When you arrive you are welcomed with open arms then guided to a spacious room with a great sized bathroom, comfortable sofa and bed (yep a vital component of any motel, because that's why your there.to sleep). A generous desk/table and chairs and the one thing sadly lacking in many places these days - a decent baggage table. A few little extras in the crockery and cutlery department enables you to stretch out with your feet up and eat in. Which is marvelous when your over eating out and just want to enjoy watching a movie with a pizza and cuppa like your at home.
  Not only the owners but all the staff make you feel like one of the family and are eager to help in anyway they can.
  I feel like we have found a real treasure and hope to go back to Bendigo soon.

  We had a lovely child free stay here. The room was lovely and the spa was just what we needed! The manager and her husband were amazing. Offering so many dining options, letting us know what was on for the weekend (including road closures!) So helpful, polite and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this motel and can't wait for our next stay here. Thank you so much for the relaxing 2 nights.

  Stayed in room 27 everything clean and well kept. Pretty quiet at back of motel. Undercover parking maximum height of 2.3m. Also a few outside spaces for high vehicles. No restaurant but room service available. Great reception staff helpful and friendly.

  As a last minute booking(due to a family medical emergency) we found the staff extremly accomodating in helping us to settle in, even at such a late hour, nothing was a problem and the accomodation was exceptional both in value and service, looking forward to renewing our experence at Best Western Crystal Inn and highly recomend others experience the wonderful hospitality on offer from the exellent and professional staff.

  Large, quiet room with all the amenities required. Very friendly staff. Undercover parking, which is essential in Bendigo in summer. Great value for money.
