Long wait, got all the way home with the incorrect order, called and they expected us to drive back to get the correct order. Not wasting my time or fuel, never buying again.

I don't normally complain, but after tonight i have too. Spent $70+ and our order took 2 hours. Ordered at 6:15pm and got it at 8:10pm yes the food was cold. Also, the meat and chicken was all fatty.

Went to treat the family to Chinese for dinner. Waited in line, checked in and while I was waiting I noticed one particular girl wearing her mask on her chin, walking round touching food and handling customers meals that had been just prepared Not good ..

Ordered through menu log, food did not arrive. I kept getting messages to say it was coming. 90 minutes later I called menu log who stated it was delivered but we never received it. Restaurants need to be just as accountable for reliability when you have a hungry family to feed and now its very late.

We have eaten here half a dozen times now and the food is really good, All the veg is fresh and cooked there and then.
The portion are really good and at a good price. They seem to have local youngsters working the tills as well which is a nice touch.
We didn't want pork with one of our meals and the owner offered more of another meat without us asking.response / report this review
