Menu has been revisited. Very refined brekky and lunch dishes at good value. Highly recommend it.

    Hi,
I had a very good experience, enjoyed my food and coffee in a nice atmosphere. I want to generally comment on the bad reviews given for this cafe.

Firstly, I want to talk about the mentionned rude staff and long waiting periods. I was looked after upon arrival and over the whole stay. Different friendly waitresses looked after us, brought coffee almost right away and responded after we asked about how long the food will take (which was finally not that long), what they would suggest and whatever else.

Secondly I want to mention something about the 'being racist' comment(s) given here previously. I was with an asian chick with a ridiculously strong chinese accent. All the waitresses treated both of us very well.

    Thanks,
    Dan

Great food. Ordered poached eggs with chicken chummi churri. Eggs were a bit overcooked. We also got the smashed avo with holumi. Cheese grilled perfectly. We also got the braised beef which had a really deep flavour.

Amazing and healthy Moroccan-inspired lunch options (the salad with smokey aubergine is superb). Portion sizes weren't great for the price though

I really like Bellagio. Ive never encountered the annoying false-cheesy smiles or narky-surly service I sometimes see in cafe culture- here's its solid authentic hard working service, sometimes warm, sometimes simply efficient. They make great chai and carrot cake. And it's truly child friendly which, as a father of a toddler, I really appreciate.

Really over this place. Been going for years and it has gone downhill fast. Lynsey, the main waitress has become bored, disinterested and rude at best. The food never comes out right and never an apology. The menu is okay but nothing outstanding for the price. Coffee is okay, but not consistent. After years of calling this my local, it's now a big pass thank you.

Good cappuccino, and amazing pulled pork sandwich. Great place for brunch and sitting outside. Service could be better.

The waitress who served us was extremely cold towards us only. Can't help thinking it was because of our Asian ethnicity. Took her 15min to get us menus whereas, when two white males came in they were served almost immediately. Food was alright but for the price it's not worth it. I definitely won't be returning.
