That has to be the worst food I have ever eaten, I would never recommend this restaurant the pasta and risotto had so much cream it was ridiculous. No flavour whatsoever couldn’t seem the mushrooms in the risotto, I think I counted three. Do yourself a favour don’t go.The garlic pizza look like it just came out of Woolworths frozen section from a packet. All in all just don’t waste your time. Authentic Italian restaurant I don’t think so!!

Absolutely terrible. Went based on reviews and shouldn’t have. Waited 20 minutes for our entree of bruschetta which was just tomato on bread topped with feta. Risotto came out a further 30 minutes after followed by our Greek salad 10 minutes after that. Had to ask for a spoon… the wait time was ridiculous as there was only 3 tables with customers. The risotto was average. The Greek salad was inedible as it was covered in so much salt and pepper. It was dead silent inside to make it even more unpleasant. Waste of money and time.

Pleasantly surprised with this place! We thought the pasta was amazing, although the pizza could probably be better. No complaints though, and the customer service was good as well :) Seating was comfortable and there's a pretty nice view out the window. I would definitely recommend Bella Famillia if you're in the area :D

Really nice ambience and comfortable seating. The cocktails and other alcohol is quite reasonably priced. The food is delicious. Pictured here is pesto chicken risotto. The waiting staff was very very polite and efficient.

Hands down the worst Italian food I have ever eaten. The calamari was not fresh (which is crazy considering the beach is a 5 minute walk). It was thick, chunky and rubbery and topped with old sloppy tomatoes and mayonnaise (so random!). The pasta was the most decent dish we ate, however, it tasted like a bottle of supermarket sauce with dried herbs. The pizza (if you can even call it Pizza) looked like a frozen pizza base from Coles. Gluey and undercooked. They definitely don't make any of their ingredients in house. We had one slice each and then asked for the rest in a takeaway box. They placed it in a small polystyrene container - they don't even have proper pizza boxes!!! Save your money! Do not waste it here.

Great service as I booked for 5 but 4 of us turned up with 1 running late no rush and when we finally ordered our waiter still waited until my father finally turned up before serving us all calamari to die for yum!!! All the mains beautiful loved the pizzas! Highly recommend this friendly very tasty Italian restaurant we’ll be back wish I could have tipped more. Thank you

My partner & I visited this restaurant & we were not disappointed! What a great place! The food was delicious (especially the calamari). The restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere with live music playing in the background & the staff were friendly & attentive. Couldn’t ask for more in a dining experience. Thanks Bella Famillia, we cannot wait to come back!

Had the pleasure of dining here recently. The restaurant is upstairs with great views over the water. The food we chose was excellent, with good serving sizes and exquisite taste. The service was impeccable with the staff efficient and courteous. The facilities are also nice and clean. They had a sole guitarist / vocalist entertaining this particular night and he was very good, playing a eclectic range of songs. ( but not too loud as to drown dinner conversation). This place has certainly raised the bar as an entertainment venue in The Entrance.

Bella familia is a beautifully presented Italian restaurant set at the entrance. The atmosphere is lovely, the live music added a good touch to our special occasion dinner. I want to make a special mention to the owner and the staff, thank you for giving us the best attention all night. The food was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back and would recommend this business to others.
