I wanted to buy some mulberry silk quilt covers and a quilt so I contacted beddingco to ask about the quality of silk they use but they replied with “I don’t know”. I just couldn’t commit to going ahead with a $1,200 purchase without knowing the quality of my product. I would have loved to give a 5 star review but employees should have knowledge of what they are selling. I was able to find another manufacturer who assured me they use 6A quality silk. - Edit: This issue has been resolved in a genuine and professional manner and I whole heartedly look forward to purchasing from this company in the future.

Just received my lovely set of white striped 1200TC Eyptian cotton pillowcases. Yet again overjoyed by the fantastic quality and the relative low price tag given the excellent quality. You will never buy Sheridan again once you purchase from Beddingco. The proprietor must be a bit of a perfectionist. Even the box my two pillowcases arrived in was lovely. Very fast delivery too in remote middle NSW.

Needed two quilts in a hurry. Rang BeddingCo and they talked me through the quilts available and suited to my needs (Quilts for caravan in out back winter). Made a purchase online and had the quilts at the door inside 24 hours. Awesome service and quilts look perfect

Customer service of this calibre offered by these guys is a rare find.
We had challenges sending bedding to our daughter overseas and the staff at bedding co assisted at every turn. They turned around such a frustrating situation and accommodated our every wish. The goods arrived within a few days. I couldn't be happier with the quality of customer service and the quality of the goods.
