We had someone come out to take a look at our ducted heating for a service, and have never dealt with anyone so rude, bordering on aggressive. We had to ask him to leave the property and will never use Beachside Plumbing again.

I had a troublesome leaking shower, which my partner had tried to but was not able to fix. So using the tradies search from RACV website, I found Beachside Plumbing. The response was really quick, from the helpful receptionist, to the two young plumbers who attended site and swiftly diagnosed and repaired the shower and taps. I have no more drips, and am just so happy! I will be definitely contact Beachside again for my next plumbing related issue.

First class service. These guys know more and care more than the company that installed the heater originally. They fixed the problem that the original installers left us with. Would definitely recommend.

Do not recommend. Had a heater service booked which was cancelled on the day that he was suppose to come. Rescheduled for another day (in a weeks time) between a set time (12-2pm). Received a call at 12.45pm that they were running later and would it be ok if they came between 2.30-3.30pm.
3.45pm arrived with no communication and service man still hadn’t arrived. Called company to which they advised is running late again and can’t get there until 4.30-5.30pm. Absolute waste of time which cost me two days off work with heater still not serviced. Cancelled appointment as had prior commitments and not prepared to reschedule to possibly waste another whole day. I’m sure other companies are more reliable than this one. Will be going elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!!!
I’d give zero stars if I could!
