I believe that this was a Top Tourist Park. The park & amenaties needs a look of work to be done to it to even bring it up to some standard. Value for money - no. Would I recommend this park - no certainly not. I believe that there attempting to change the accommodation to cabins and no sites. The whole park needs to be bulldozed & start from scratch.

I do not recommend this park. It is very expensive at $45.00 a night for a powered camp site at the beginning of November. You then have to pay $1.00 for a 5 minute shower. The heated pool was not very heated at the time and it is a long walk to the beach. The access roads to the camping sites are very narrow and it is very hard to manouver a caravan onto the site when the concrete slab where you annex goes is about 4 inches higher than the grass where you put the wheels of your van.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! So dodgy We made a booking and paid a deposit at the beginning of this year only to be told in August that the price had increased by almost 62%! When we queried why there was such a massive increase they told us that had accidently quoted us the incorrect rate back in January and they now expected us to pay for THEIR error. It’s really poor and extremely dodgy they would expect customers to pay for their mistake and incompetency and will not honour the quote we were initially given and had accepted. Needless to say, we won’t be holidaying here! Interestingly, since this has happened we have heard so many bad things about this place like filthy amenities, hidden costs, run-down and out of order facilities, terrible customer service etc etc. Be warned, even if you have a quote in writing and have paid a deposit, that means nothing to these people.

Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. We paid $160 for a cabin for one night, and that is in the low season, and extremely disappointed that we never received value for money. My husbands comment was," 2013 prices with 1950's appliances". Our family members were on powered sites at $45 per night plus having to pay $1 for a 5 minute shower. This experience has definitely taught us to read reviews before we ever again book and pay in full.
