  Came into look at a smoker, John was so helpful, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of every smoker in the shop and ensured I was getting the right smoker. Can not recommend this place enough. ASK FOR JOHN!

  Online order was easy enough but delivery was terribly slow compared to other on line stores. 2 weeks after payment was made I emailed but received no reply. When my items did finally arrive, one out of the 3 rubs was 2 years out of date. I sent an email highlighting the issue but received no reply over the next week so I called the store. The employee who answered stated he was new to the company was very helpful & friendly. I accepted the offer of some replacement rubs & they were delivered in the next few days. Happy with the outcome but not happy with the time it took to get there & lack of communication.

  Originally placed an order for Two Dry Rubs on 09 Dec 2020. I received a confirmation Email and the delivery was also arranged.
  
  Called BBQ Smokers on 18 Dec as it hadn’t arrived (I live less than 10 Kms away from them).
  
  I was told it had gone missing and another order had been sent out with some complimentary Rubs for the trouble. Delivery was due on 23 Dec 2020.
  
  I called the Courier Company on 24 Dec who informed me that the consignment was still awaiting collection.
  
  Finally got through to them on 07 Jan 21 and said I wanted a full refund on my order. Refund was processed (hasn’t hit my account yet) and was told that the order may still turn up.
  
  Order arrived this morning and only contained One of the Two Rubs I ordered. I appreciated the fact that there were Two freebies included though.
  
  Would have been even better if they were all within date.
  
  Best before date was 10/2020 for all Four Rubs.
  
  I won’t be using these guys again.
