  Just completed our bathroom and kitchen renovation which Bayside Bathroom and Kitchen redesigned and fitted. From start to finish they were extremely professional and provided great solutions on how to maximise value out of our renovation. Work completed on time and the results look fantastic - would highly recommend!

  I recently purchased 2 matching vanity units. The product numbers on the packaging was identical. When i had them installed, the plumber noticed on completion that the units were in fact different designs. I returned to the business to complain and arrange some type of compensation for the costly error which i believe was not my fault. The sales assistant was most unsympathetic to my case, telling me that while they would replace the unit to make them uniform, that the cost of installation would be at my own expense. Furthermore I was told to deal with the warehouse as it was out of her control. I consider this very bad customer service and would not recommend this company to my many friends some of whom are undergoing renovations.

  i rang the store and talked to the owner who was extremely helpful over the phone.When i went into the store the owner spent a lot of time with me and explained the mistakes I made with my bathroom vanity and how to rectify my issues to get the bathroom vanity I wanted.
  
  I want to say a huge Thank You to the owner for all the help and time you spent with me to help me understand the setting up of a bathroom vanity and the nuances involved.
  
  Will definitely be going back for my ensuite setup and a good price to boot!

  We furnished our first bathroom from Bathroom Bazaar, about 4-5 years ago, and received attentive service. Now we're furnishing an ensuite and so we went back there today. We again received great service and low prices - on this occasion we bought ex-floor stock and saved ourselves several hundred dollars on a toilet and a vanity. We'll be back for taps and other fittings.
