If you want to buy a Holden, this has to be the best Holden dealership in Melbourne. We've bought both Fleet and Privately through Josh, Sarah, Adam and the Team at Bay City Holden for ten years and they never dissapoint, except Adam who barracks for Collingwood. They aren't forceful like many car dealers of today, they sell at the right price, after sales is excellent, as is their service department, who have great loan cars.

I had Keith and he was a very kind and considerate sales assistant who assisted me with what I wanted and the best deals. AND 7 YEARS WARRANTY, who wouldn’t be happy with that!? 🎉🎉 love my new car - Holden Trax

Thank you to Katie in the sales department for assisting me in the purchase of my new car! I am so excited to pick up my Holden Trax on Saturday! Katie was extremely polite, professional and made me feel at ease by answering my million and one questions I had for her. The entire team was fantastic too! Andrea in Finance and the lovely lady whose name i have forgotten (sorry) in tinting/extras! Lastly, thank you to Tyrone who assisted in providing me with a super deal on my Trax!

Dealt with Mathew for an out of area sale. Took the car sight unseen and never had one issue. Vehicle was exactly as described, dealer was completely honest and bargained for great value over other sellers.

Awesome staff! Very helpful when it came to looking for a new car for myself, staff are very friendly. Best car buying experience I've had and would definitely recommend to others to give them a look. So today my partner camein at 1.30ish.
He was there to look at getting a new car.
His SS ute was smashed into Friday morning by a drunk driver.
Today he came in and not one of your salesmen even looked at him. He was there to replace his car.
Shame on you for judging him as someone who wouldn't be there to buy a car.
Your loss we will never enter your rude judgmental business again.

I had the great pleasure of dealing with Alex Hussey at your dealership. From the moment I stepped on your yard, he has been nothing but attentive and really listened to what I was looking for. I wasn't planning on purchasing a car then and there as I was planning to go to other dealerships, but Alex found the car which had everything I was looking for. Right throughout the sale Alex made sure I was comfortable and he made it easy to be as he is such a friendly guy! Alex is a huge asset to Bay City Holden, he has good stock knowledge and great communication. Fantastic service from the whole crew. Thank you so much!!

The best service I have ever experienced. Being a female I was nervous walking into a caryard on my own. I was approached by Aaron who was extremely friendly and not a 'typical' salesman. He gave me great service not only during the sales process but afterwards as well. When I need my car serviced I can count on Aaron to book it in for me and have a courtesy car waiting for me so I'm not inconvenienced.
I would highly recommend Aaron as the 'go to' salesman and Bay City Holden. A+++++++response / report this review -
