  Went to get a battery after a phone call. The guy was very helpfull. He said that is was raining and that I could change the battery inside the warehouse, also he could lend me tools. Long time since this type of help was provided. I went over, got a battery and I am so happy to find a place like this by the way my VZ is running great again with no start up problems.

  Great customer service.
  I bought a battery from them. Went back to them couple of days later as it was not charging properly. The guy checked the battery and found that the problem was loose battery connector in my car. He fixed it for me there and then without charging me a dime. Highly recommended.

  Extremely helpful with a ProStar solar regulator problem (low loads would intermittently trip low voltage disconnect) in my caravan. Talked me through reset process and eliminated battery fault as cause. Quick to honour return to base replacement warranty after reset process was unsuccessful. Very knowledgeable (clearly explained error code from controller and possible causes) and very obliging staff. Highly recommended!
