Excellent service from this company. From start to finish the customer service we received was of a very high standard. Sam initially came out, what a great guy, and provided us with a quote which was good value for money. During the camera system installation we found Zak to be efficient, courteous and extremely friendly. All processes were explained thoroughly by Zak, and he took the time to ensure we knew how to use the system properly. I highly recommend Barwon Security to anyone considering using them.

I with to say a big thank you to the guy who came out from you guys to fix a camera that had gone on the blink.
The firm that put it in was in no way interested in coming and rectifying the problem.
Your fixed it connected up to my phone, explained things in plain English so that we understand it a lot better.
So I will be recommending your firm every time some one asks who to use.

Wonderful family business, you can’t be around (successfully) for so many years if you cant back it up with first rate service, professionalism & a first class product. I’ve had numerous alarms supplied on various properties, cameras and ducted vac and intercoms and I would never go anywhere else. We have two small children and when I put my night alarm on (even if my husband isn’t home) I feel safe. I cant recommend Barwon Security more highly.
