Beautiful apartments! Ours had a full sized kitchen and a spa bath which we loved. Very short drive to the beach and to the main street for shopping and food.

Glenda was lovely to deal with. Loved our stay. Definitely will be back!

A last minute decision to stay in Warrnambool is how we found ourselves at Banyan Place, it turned out very well. The place is clean, modern and spacious and an outstanding place to stay. The owner is super friendly too.

On a recent work trip to Warrnambool I happened to drive past the Banyan and booked it in late in the day. What a great choice! Really nice, spacious rooms with all the amenities I needed. Nice, quiet location off the main road and at a really good price. Thanks guys, I'll be back. Nick

We stayed in Unit 4 in the apartment. We really enjoyed the place and it was perfectly cleaned when we checked in. Walking distances to many attractions and the beach, I would certainly book to stay here again. Thanks Glenda for the kind hospitality.

just completed a great ocean road trip with my wife, we required a quiet no fuss sleep over after a 10 hour drive. No sooner we were handed the keys and we were never interrupted again. Great location, went for a walk down to the wharf, then headed the other way into the CBD to grab a bite to eat. The accommodation was like home away from home, even a full size washing machine. Good value, would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a place to stay for a quick night during our Great Ocean Road trip and we found that place. What a surprise when we saw that we had our own garage (no need to be worried about where to park the car), the place was already heated (yes it was in winter), such a great confort and the location is perfect, very close to all kind of convenient store !! We could not ask for a better place, it was amazing. Clean, comfortable, spacious JUST PERFECT for a couple and two kids. The person in charge is nice and sweet! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!!!
