Do not recommend purchasing anything from Banner Online. They are not heavy duty as claimed and have no warranty support, everything is blamed on the customer.
Purchased in Jan 2023 and after 2 uses the zipper broke off the bag and the bag has split open down the side. The gazebo leaks in the rain and was told we need to spray something on the inside even though nothing is mentioned before purchasing. After 3 months the gazebo has started to get holes in it. Was told by banner online that it’s our fault for dragging or spilling chemicals on it. We have never dragged it we have always carried it. It gets treated better then our cheap Bunnings gazebo which we have had for 4 years with no issues.

Banner online is one of the best business I have ever worked with. The level of professionalism, the customer service, their time to respond was second to none. They deserve a 10 star. I reached out to them to create a banner for my birthday and only gave them 5 days notice. They turned it around within 3 days and exceeded my expectations. LJ was so responsive and very helpful. Highly highly recommend. Will definitely be my go to business for all events 😁😃
