This was the worst Asian meal I’ve had. Ordered via Uber. Ribs are not ribs, very fatty, spring rolls tasted weird, satay was very dry, rice came with fish when never ordered , Cantonese fillet steak was tasteless and I doubt it was fillet. Stay away, absolutely shocking takeaway. Would award 0 star if possible.

Ok. I started using banksia grove Chinese around 7 months ago. First order was perfect . We order the fried beef in sweet sauce, something that we have looking for in Perth since moving from the uk and it was perfectly textured, crispy,sweet and sour and very generous portion however after numerous times of ordering the beef comes moist and over sized. The staff seem rushed to get the food out. I recently asked for extra crispy as we like the texture and lady said the waiting time would be 15 minutes👍🏻 8 minutes later I received a phone call to say it was ready a Friday evening at 7.30" it just seems rushed to get the food out. I asked for extra crispy not extra moist. If the owners read this maybe they should reduce the size of the beef to get the crisp effect. I have complained numerous times but it has no effect and this is why i am writing a review.

Absolutely authentic and perfectly prepared Chinese food! Beautiful food, impeccable service, with a lovely smile and greeting. And always get free stuff! Totally awesome imo. 😁

Great food and usually a free dish although spent 75 bucks and no free prawn crackers which is a bit rough.

We have been ordering takeaway from here for the past 12 months. Can honestly say, the service and food is exceptional! We always receive free items with our order and the price is very reasonable. They have been very good at receiving constructive criticism when something hasn’t been 100%. We love the free delivery and will be ordering here for many years to come
