Not happy. After many years of dealing with them, they have sold and fitted parts to our horse float and i have purchased many incidentals in past, i recently had to return a jocky wheel which didnt fit because of ride leveler brackets (which they had fitted in past). After returning item in unused and unmarked state have found they charge 25% for returned goods.
I was not warned and not directed to a sign above one of their service desks. Needless to say i am now $25 poorer for the experience. They did offer to give me credit to value but i didnt need anything else.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

As a relative newby to the towing experience Ben and staff were patient and helpful. The service was second to none as was their workmanship, highly recommend BT&T will get any repeat business from me.

Just had a tow bar put on my Honda Jazz, the boys did a great job, nicely finished and as well they dropped us down the central shopping area in Ballarat and also picked us up when the car was done. Very Happy!!
