DO NOT HIRE: These people are scammers.
They did not put pins in and just filled with concrete.
When I asked where the pins were I was pushed out of the way and suddenly no-one could speak English.
You will not get a final receipt and they will claim you still owe them so are under no obligation to fix it under warranty.
I got a $2000 receipt for a $15,000 job
Other current trading names are Auss Homes and Total Underpinning Ballarat.
They will take your money and you will not hear from them again..So many burner phones.
They even left the Skip in my driveway for 3 weeks before they realized they would not be paid.
Unsurprisingly the front of my house is no better than it was.
They are running a tax scam between companies which I urge you to report (two of the business's don't even have a building on them and the 3rd is fake as well)
The true address is 5 Reading Close Roxburgh Park 3064.
P.s. 20 years experience?
Check their ABN's..None have been active for over 3 years.
I repeat.DO NOT HIRE.
