  I have had the pleasure of working out with Rachel and her team during the past month, and I highly recommend Balance Studio! I have been very fit in my past but circumstances lead me to need a slow rehabilitation back in to exercise. Balance studios had everything I needed with restorative classes to challenging 30 minute high impact classes. The combination kept me injury and pain free (mostly) and feeling strong again really quickly! Rachel is both personal and professional, she really cares about her clients. And I loved the family friendly feel with toddlers playing in the corner and kids able to join in during school holidays :) Definitely 5/5 for this service. Alissa Walsh, 40 yr old, Torquay.
