Stayed here for work for a few days. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. There's lots of nice places to eat or relax just a short walk away, and it's easy to get to by car. It's a great motel and I'll definitely be staying here again.

Always stay there when going to Newcastle. Very clean and very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I arrived after 8pm for a work trip and had no access to Wifi and no means to gain access despite talking to two different people, there was no conditioner in the bathroom only shampoo and when I complained I received no reply, not even an apology! They charged the room to a card they said they would not charge to - as I booked on the net - annoying. And the room door was really hard to close. Perhaps it was just a bad day for them?

A great motel, with good sized, comfortable rooms, an affordable tariff, and featuring its own eat-in bakery, a service station across the road with a well-stocked Coles shop and its own restaurant.
I wish more motels were like this one.response / report this review
