  I don't often leave negative reviews, but this time, I just had to. Big W Mandurah just has the most APPALLING customer service I've ever seen in my life! The staff at the front end are just unbelievably rude. Now, granted, not ALL staff are rude, most of them, in fact, excel in customer service beyond what is required, but it's the staff at the front end that are just astonishingly rude that makes me sick.
  I am disgusted, appalled, and most importantly, just disappointed.
  I HIGHLY doubt Big W Mandurah's management will read this, as this is a Google review.
  Kmart on the other hand has FANTASTIC customer service, so future/current Big W Mandurah shoppers, consider going to Kmart instead!
  TL;DR = Appalling front end staff. Just go to Kmart instead.

  I've had great experiences with some staff here but also a few awful ones with other workers. Thankfully most of the employees are really friendly and professional. It's a nice place to shop.

  Dated Big-W but has all the things you need. Recently added a who balloon/party section which is pretty handy. Have not ever been unable to find catalogue items in stock. Good friendly staff

  Had issues with the photo printing machines not recognising there were photos on my SD card, but the staff were super-helpful in getting it sorted (the machines were the issue) and getting the photos printed, so 2 thumbs up for the good support.
