Well presented shop, but the staff are notinterested in helping I left. 25 minutes while the 2 girls at the counter had a chat and laughed at the poor guy trying to spoil a fishing real for a customer. Better to go to a local who cares. We did

Range is great but the staff 50/50. Some are awesome: helpful and polite. Others are rude and condescending. I'd shop there again because of the stuff they have and the displays are easy to find what you are looking for. Little interaction with the staff is actually required.

Not impressed by customer service at all. Other bcf stores have been much more helpful. Couldn't even provide a bag for items. Would be happy to look else are for same item
