  Really loving our new lifestyle at Aviva Communities. We just adore our home and the facilities are amazing. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. It's really nice to feel part of a community.

  Great place. Houses are amongst the best I’ve seen. Everybody is friendly. Plenty of opportunities for social events when not locked down. Facilities are terrific.

  I cannot recommend AVIVA Communities highly enough! From the day we first visited until the day we moved in, they have been so accommodating and flexible. Both the staff and residents have welcomed us so warmly and it is such a lovely atmosphere to be in.
  
  They provided temporary accommodation on site whilst our home was being completed for us. Our grandchildren are welcome here and we have made use of the swimming pool, cinema and the multi purpose green (mini golf & croquet) with them so far. They love it too!
  
  We were very impressed with the standard and quality to the finishes in our home when we inspected it. Our living costs have reduced dramatically and it is nice to have an ECO friendly home with good quality appliances, the heating/cooling system is second to none.
  
  We know we made the right decision for us.

  We love living here. Down sizing and this community is great for us. ATM we are travelling in our van. No worries. Shut our front door. Neighbours are great to watch over our unit. Looking forward to coming home and joining in on activities. And mixing again with everyone. Aviva community is a family feel as well.

  We arrived in April 2021. We took this step so that we could meet more people our age and to live in an area where we could join in if we wanted or not.
  We are migrants been in Australia 43 years and have never experienced a community like this before.
  We have been welcomed have fantastic neighbours and basically have accomplished what we could not do before. Although in lockdown we still see everyone (with a mask haha) . We do not look at this as a retirement village but over 55’s new way to live as advertised.
  We are looking forward to the reopening of the facilities and I am sure when summer comes there will be plenty to do.
  Thank you everyone for making us welcome and I am sure if you are contemplating living in a village like this you will not regret it
