The Tree House is located in Avalon Beach, the best address on Sydney's Northern Beaches for surfing, swimming, and village life. Overlooking the Angophora Reserve, the Tree House sits in a quiet location in walking distance to a variety of famous beaches.

Sheltered Clareville Beach with its wonderful BBQ facilities is only 10 minutes by foot and provides great access to famous Pittwater for kayaking, sailing, stand-up paddle boarding, and swimming for the whole family.

Private Paradise Beach is a romantic place with a small wharf and only 12 minutes walking distance away.

The spectacular ocean side of Avalon Beach offers everything surfers and bodyboarders - professionals and beginners - could wish for. Swimmers can enjoy the fabulous rock pool.

The village has a wide variety of restaurants, shops, a cinema, a golf course and tennis courts.

Village and ocean beach can also be reached by a 20 minute walk through the wonderful Angophora Reserve.

The accommodation suits up to two adults. It is part of a larger residence. Though the Tree House is in a quiet area, the building is a timber structure and hence some noise from the upper floor is audible - the Tree House is not for you if you do mind this kind of noise.
