  Can someone please respond to the multiple emails I have sent regarding my door that has clearly been damaged by one of your servicemen! My door has now been making a horrendous sound for 2 months, you refuse to get back to my emails but continue to send me invoices. The way you run your business is appalling!

  This business came into my workplace to do a job and opened their Ute door into my car, leaving a mark. They did not leave any information or even a note. Thankfully my work were able to give me the details of the car that did it, very surprising that a business would do something so unprofessional when hired by a big corporation. I gave them multiple opportunities to rectify the incident and have contacted them via both email and Facebook messenger. I received no apology and they are now ignoring my messages

  The facts are, my 86 year old mother had an automatic door opener installed by this company yesterday. The guy that installed the door did a fantastic job. The door was never open again after he left, until the next morning. The door was opened the next day and was continually opening and closing, didn't stop. So my mum turned it off at the wall. When I arrived, I tried several times, same outcome. So I rang the company and explained what was happening, to there credit, we reset the door several times. Same outcome. Be in mind, there was about 5 to 6 calls made. Even the Occupational Therapist tried to call the company. Same outcome, we can log a job for next week, 6 days away. Surely this is a joke, but no change in the response..omg.
  I advised that my mum lived there by herself and she was 86, but they said we can only log a job and there is no one available to come and repair the door. Are you serious. By the way, the cost was $5100.
