Very poor customer service and at a time of lockdown and pandemic very inconsiderate of customer well being and comfort while waiting. Overall for a small business very poor demonstration of the personalise and warm/friendly approach to customer service.
As consumers we are told to support local and small businesses, but in cases like this I prefer to pay a the bigger corporation as they are held to a much higher standard of customer service and I'd get a better bang for my buck. Plus they would wash my car for free.

Was a long standing customer of AJ when they had their shop down the road. Since opening/teaming up with Ascot Vale Auto Clinic I have to say I'm very disappointed. Massive cost blow-out compared to the quote I got. Won't be returing and I advise others to shop around before throwing money away doing business with this shop.

Paul did an excellent job servicing my car. A very honest mechanic. He mistook my engine for an older model initially and was let me know that I could save labour costs if I replaced the water pump the same time as the timing belt. However, he learnt it was a newer model and the water pump didn't sit behind the timing belt and so didn't charge for more works or parts. I wouldn't have known any different. Thanks Paul!
