We had plantation shutters installed. Quality was average, but two of them broke within a couple of weeks. I have been chasing these guys for almost a year trying to get them fixed.

Every time I call I get told another week / next month etc. I feel completely powerless. My repeated requests to speak to a manager have been ignored. Maybe they’ll call me back now?

We went with this company because they were the cheapest. Please don’t make the same mistake as us.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Australian Window Covering, and they exceeded my expectations on every front. My experience from start to finish was nothing short of fantastic. The selection and quality of blinds and shutters they offer are unsurpassed in the market, providing a wonderful blend of style, durability, and value.

From the first interaction, the Australian Window Covering team demonstrated a profound commitment to customer satisfaction. They were not only incredibly friendly but also displayed a vast knowledge of their products, guiding me through their extensive range and helping me select the perfect solutions for my home.

The installer arrived on time, practiced great care and precision while working in my home, and the final result was a beautiful addition to our living space. I was also impressed by their respect for my home as they ensured everything was clean and tidy after the installation.

One of the things I appreciate most about Australian Window Covering is their commitment to transparency. They were very upfront about costs, timelines, and what I could expect throughout the process. There were no surprise costs or delays, which was refreshing and much appreciated.

The quality of the blinds and shutters is superior, transforming the entire ambiance of my rooms. The materials are robust, the design modern, and the functionality exactly as described. They have completely improved the natural lighting control and added a new level of privacy to our home.

If you're seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-oriented blind and shutter business in Australia, look no further than Australian Window Covering. Their commitment to their customers and the quality of their products is why I wholeheartedly give them a five-star rating. Highly recommended!

Finally dealing with professionals and people who deliver as expected. Quote process was quick and easy, every thing explained in detail and great communication. Viv asked lots of questions to ensure the installation would be completed as expected. Viv kept me informed along the way and provided removal of old curtains and rails. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for roller blinds.
