AMM specialises in customised prefabricated modular building. Located in Brendale, 20km from Brisbane's CBD, AMM is home to over 6,000m2 of manufacturing facilities spread across three factories.AMM was established in 2018, after the purchase of the modular bathroom business (AMF) from one of Australia's leading construction companies, Lend Lease. The business had delivered over 5,000 quality bathroom pods since its establishment.In 2020, the business expanded to include the manufacturing of prefabricated housing and granny flats.
