  Excellent service. I was looking for a specific smaller size of artificial turf for a project and the team were able to supply exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price. They know their products well and are very happy to share their expertise.

  Went in with the Measurements, got the high density 35mm turf, bloke gave us the tips on how to intall it ourselves and walked away happy. Best of all, the dog agrees.

  They gave me a great sales pitch. Told me my staffys definately wont rip it up. Told me that they would fix it if they did. Needless to say my dogs ripped it up after a week. I rang up and they told me that its not covered. Then told me to send pics and they will get the boss to call me and sort the repairs out. Never heard back from them again. Wont answer my calls. DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMENDED! I spent over $5000 for nothing.

  I had lawn installed 14 months ago. The warranty for labour is 12 months. I started contacting ALW inside the 12 months because the lawn has shrunk away from the edging, (Which they charged me extra for and wasn't mentioned at the time of the quote). Three appointments have been made for them to come and look at the problem and three times they cancelled, the last time they didn't even bother to call me to tell me they weren't coming. I sat around all day waiting.
  I have tried calling every number and no one is answering. All of their 1300 numbers have been disconnected as of 13/8/2018. This company has the worst after sales service I have ever come across. They deliberately cancelled appointments so it went over the 12 months warranty, but to not answer any calls is abhorrent.
  Please stay the hell away from this company, the job they do isn't the best and there is absolutely no after sales service.
  Don't waste your many thousands of dollars like I did
