Very underwhelmed about the experience. I bought the microdermbrasion which got upgraded to deluxe as part of a promotion. My face does feel cleaner afterwards HOWEVER they didn't perform any extractions which is included in the package?? (I have milia and blackheads) Next day i also have this red mark on the right side of face which was not there before. Overall feeling disappointed and ripped off!

Incompetent, lousy service!!
I scheduled an appointment for 3.25pm with one of the staff members calling me the day before to confirm my appointment at this time. I arrive early and reception is unattended with a sign saying "take a seat and we'll be with you shortly", with two other people waiting.

A staff member emerges after 5 minutes asking each of us to confirm our names and appointment time. At 3.45pm, I'm still waiting, so I ask the same staff member if I will be waiting much longer. She replies "your actually booked for 3.40pm". I begin to tell her I was told it was 3.25pm and she tells me the appointment times got moved around! Why wasn't I told then.... from the start....before....and why did they confirm 3.25pm the previous day!

So I am finally seen by a staff member at 3.45pm to be told as it was my first consultation, I wasn't able to recieve any treatment! WTH?! I confirmed if this was available at the time of the booking! What a complete waste of time! Furious! Completely incompetent communication between staff and customer's ! Waste of my afternoon!

I had some cryotherapy on age spots on my face & I am so happy ! All of the spots are gone. Rosa was fantastic & the clinic was spotless. I am looking now to see what else I can have done :)

Extremely professional ! Clinic is spotless and all staff are really helpful. I've Never had a bad experience.

I got dermal filler in my lips at this clinic. With so many clinics offering this procedure I found it very hard to choose the right clinic. I can definitely recommend Australian Laser & Skin Clinics! Rebecca was very professional and friendly. She talked me through the whole procedure and it didn't hurt at all. The results are amazing and I get a lot of compliments that it looks very natural, but plump and beautiful. It definitely gives me a confident boost and I'll definitely come back to Australian Laser & Skin Clinics for my future procedures!
