Worst experience,money hungry fraudulent organisation.
I signed upto AIPT august last year upon my first initial consultation with aipt I was told I'd have full access to support trainers during my studies online.
I informed aipt I work a full time job and also a father of 3 and time for study could be difficult at times would I have a coach accessible after hours of closure.
Their reply was yes would just need to book in a suitable time to have a coach contact me.
So after a few months of studying I required a coaching time to help with an assessment all was good.
Than the call never came that was booked in. Instead I had a return call from an overseas call centre based in China telling me I would not receive my coaching call due to the hours I had chosen is out of business hours my time booked was 1 o clock in the afternoon on a Friday perfectly within business hours for aipt which then i was informed that qld time is ahead of where I live..
Ok so aipt is based in Brisbane qld now I live north Brisbane but the times are different.
This occurred 2 times and same call centre until I demanded to be put through to campus as which they kept repeating thereself.
Now I've asked to cancel my training course and been told I can cancel but must still pay any outstanding fee's as its past the 5 day cooling off period.
So you know you basically don't receive any information within those 5 days but are allowed to cool off period in that duration of time not seeing your course modules assessments training guides etc.
This company is corrupt as they come id stay very well and clear away from this organisation.

I made the mistake of pursuing my dreams of becoming a personal trainer at AIPT.

This was a big mistake on my behalf. I should have read all the reviews on here because they are accurate.

I started the course in Sydney. It was quite a standard run of the mill lessons and material.
I had to move to Melbourne and I requested to transfer my course there.

This company demanded I pay $750 for simple MOVING to a different campus reinstatement. interstate.

I had not even started my second module in Sydney, but they acted as if I had used their service. Students pop in and out of student classes all the time, but they had the audacity to want to charge me that ludicrous fee. Me moving to a different campus would have made NO difference to them.

It is opportunistic and money-hungry. I had already paid $4900. they 15% of my overall fee to simply join another class. I have cancelled my course and now the company is trying to threaten me by saying they'll sue me and add 20% to my fees. How despicable is that?

I have since joined a small school which has done amazing. Do your research and find a reputable place that treats you with dignity.

No matter your knowledge or experience within the fitness industry Aipt will help you exceed to their very best capability.
My experience was fantastic. My coaches would always go above and beyond for me to help get me through the course and I would strongly recommend the face to face campus course! Sarah White one of my mentors has really ensured that my journey in the fitness industry has been successful as it can Be and always goes above and beyond! She is the best!
