I was there this morning. The staff are rude and condescending. I wondered how such a small post office could get so many negative reviews but I now understand why. After questioning the staff members attitude towards myself his answer (word for word) "If you don't like me, make a complaint".

I literally begged the postie to drop off my parcel to any other post office next time, anywhere but there! The place is awful.

Marsden shopping mall where this post office is located had a makeover and it looks great. The post office looks outdated and grubby as ever though. The floors 🤮🤮🤮

Went last Saturday to send a package. The whole transaction was handled professionally. Was told that the package tracking was on the receipt and that I could get the receipt through email as well. No indication of problems reported by other people. Correctly got my email address and later received the receipt in email. No idea why this experience is such at odds with what all the other reviews say.

Only Australia Post store i have ever had any issues with. They are awful. One example that comes to be mind, was being yelled at, by the staff, because I came in "too quickly" after receiving the text and email to come and collect my package (went in 30 minutes after the text was sent) and the staff member then proceed to serve every other customer before they went and got my package. That I could see from the counter as it had my last name written on it.

Never went back to the store after this experience, it was the "straw" that broke the camels back as such
